Move in with 48-hour protection

Select your dates and introduce yourself. Requesting is free with no payment details required until the property manager accepts your application.

Receive keys and exact address at handover. Your rent is held safely in trust until forty-eight hours after move-in verification.

Upon acceptance, pay the first month rent and EUR 100 booking fee. Review and sign your legally binding bilingual lease agreement online.

Financial security

Your rent is held safely in protection until forty-eight hours after move-in verification.

If the apartment does not match the verified listing, report it within the 48-hour window. Funds are immediately frozen while our team investigates.

City registration

Address registration and paperwork

Official city registration (Anmeldung) is required for banking, tax IDs, and residence permits in Germany. Every listing marked with the Anmeldung badge includes the official landlord confirmation document (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) signed by the property manager.

Your bilingual contract clearly states registration eligibility prior to booking, ensuring zero administrative surprises upon arrival in your new city.
